• Purchase & Sale Agreement must be signed on or before April 30, 2010



• Closing must take place on or before June 30, 2010



• MassHousing offering first time homebuyer mortgages with as little as 0% down payment for qualified borrowers



• If mortgage financed through MassHousing mortgage, borrowers may be eligible to take advantage of MassHousing first time homebuyer tax credit loan.



• Tax credit loan can be used towards down payment and/or closing costs.



• $6500 tax credit available for repeat buyers that have owned current residence for at least 5 years (restrictions may apply)
